Websites on Psychology
There is an obvious cross-over in psychology with the listing on mental health, so here we are
concentrated on human and social psychology as a general topic rather than psychology of
dysfunction which we group with mental health websites.

Great ideas in personality
Web Page
A good website full of theories of personality. It can make interesting browsing.
CROW

Course Resources on the Web  (Social Psychology)
Web Page
An absolutely fantastic resource featuring a massive listing of articles, academic texts,
newspaper pieces, and research on a wealth of psychology subjects. It is a huge resource that
cries out to be explored. It has no agenda beyond spreading and developing knowledge
amongst psychology students.

Changing minds
Web Page
This website bills itself as 'the largest site in the world on all aspects of how we change what
others think, believe, feel and do'. It is a huge resource and makes very useful skimming.
(Article) The psychology of verbal communication - Robert M. Krauss

Columbia University Website
Web Page
A nice and clear article on communication which I sometimes give out in training. It's thirteen
pages long.
York College Lectures (psychology 102) Podcasts

York College, New York
Web Page
This link is to the introduction to psychology semester of lectures that form the beginning of the
undergraduate psychology degree at York College. They make good listening but as with the
drugs and behaviour lectures you must prepare yourself for the full 3d effect of being in a
classroom, including the lecturer marking students down for turning up late. The lectures move
slowly (mostly because none of the students have done the reading) but it does cover the solid
basics. A recommended series.

Psychnet
Web Page
Not a bad resource for professionals, though it's articles section contains some random
selections - 'Racism: Are Germans Different?' being one of them.

Ameobaweb
Web Page
Strange name, extraordinary resource. This is a huge listing of articles and journals in an easily
accessed format. This is one of the very best.

Online Schools
Web Page
A really nice listing covering a range of topics in different clusters such as Clinical Psychology
and Industrial-Organizational Psychology. It takes care to find websites that provide definitions
of each area in easy to understand language.
